EDmarket Dealer Peer Groups

When business owners share their collective wisdom, great things can and do happen. EDmarket Peer Groups are made up of like-minded business owners who seek input from their colleagues. Led by a volunteer facilitator from the EDmarket membership, participants meet regularly to share ideas, challenges and solutions.

Why You Should Join a Dealer Peer Group

  • Discuss key business issues with fellow business owners and managers.
  • Learn from dealers that have faced similar business challenges.
  • Take advantage of a sounding board for new ideas.
  • Build a strong network of peers.
  • Have candid conversations about operational challenges.
  • Grow your business!

How Dealer Peer Groups Work

Members will be assigned by EDmarket to a time convenient to the participant. Members in the same peer group will not be placed with regional competitors in order to foster trust and an open exchange of information. Groups will have a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10 per group (including the facilitator) to better allow everyone a chance to talk.

Peer groups will meet monthly via conference call for one hour at a time determined by the facilitator. The groups are to be self-directed, deciding within each group the agenda for each meeting ahead of time.
