The Collective Experience
Are you interested in a platform for discussion of topics relevant to your professional success?
The Bold Women Collective allows people both seasoned and those new to the industry to meet women in leadership, find mentors to guide them, and build a network for both friendship and potential business/partnership opportunities. A hallmark of the Collective is the ability to discuss topics relevant to professional success in a safe and supportive space.
- Monthly Break-Out Meetings
Participate in monthly virtual discussions among your peers. Small group break outs will allow you to dive into discussions and expand your network. Meetings will be held the second Thursday of each month at 1 pm (ET).
- Private Bold Women Collective Linkedln Group
Hear a great podcast, read a great book, have a job opportunity in your company or district — share the news with the Bold Women Collective network.
- Who Can Participate?
The Bold Women Collective is open to all women and individuals who identify as female in the industry. Membership is not required—everyone is welcome to engage, learn, and grow together!
Goals
The goal of the EDmarket Bold Women Collective is to educate, inspire, and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and challenges. Successful leaders in any sector develop a network of critical friends with whom they can have conversations and share situations without a filter — the EDmarket Bold Women Collective is just the place to do so.

- Find mentors to guide you on your professional journey.
- Build a network for both friendship and potential business/partnership opportunities
"The Bold Women Collective provides these opportunities to meet, network,
and learn together as women in leadership aspiring for greatness!"
Deb Kerr, Superintendent of the St. Francis School District and EDmarket 1st Vice Chair
Our Growth - Keeping the conversation going ...
Since its founding in 2019, Bold Women, Bold Conversations has been a growing event within the EDspaces Show. Participants were excited by the opportunity to share and connect and requested the need to keep the conversation going. So, the Bold Women Collective was launched! It provides a year-round forum for connecting, sharing, networking, and learning with other women in the education market.
Registration is required for each individual Bold Women Collective live session. EDmarket members who register for a virtual live session will be automatically enrolled in the BWC program.
