Managing Your Business Membership Roster
Add participating employees when space is available.
New employees or eligible participants may be added during the membership
year when open participation slots are available.
Upgrade when participation grows.
Business organizations may move to the next membership level when
additional employee participation is needed.
Replace employees who leave.
A participating member who is no longer employed by the organization
may be replaced by another eligible individual.
These rules do not apply to School/School District/Public Authority Memberships.
Business Membership Renewal
Business Memberships are valid for one year and renew annually based on the organization's membership anniversary date.
During each renewal period, organizations have a 90-day roster update window—beginning 60 days before and ending 30 days after the membership expiration date—to add, remove, or replace participating employees for the upcoming membership year.
Once the renewal window closes, existing participating employees remain on the roster for the remainder of the membership year. New employees may still be added when open participation slots are available, and participating employees who leave the organization may be replaced by another eligible employee.
Membership dues are billed annually. Eligibility requirements apply, and
membership rates and benefits are subject to change.
Individual Memberships
Individual Memberships are intended for eligible professionals and students
who are not covered through an organization's active EDmarket membership.
Individual Members receive the same core member benefits.

Managing your Individual Membership:
Individual Members manage their own profile, contact information,
event registrations, and annual renewals through their personal EDmarket account.
Employer participation comes first: If your employer maintains an active EDmarket Business Membership or School/School District/Public Authority organizational membership, you should participate through your organization’s membership whenever possible.
Membership dues are billed annually. Eligibility requirements apply, and
membership rates and benefits are subject to change.
Member Benefits
