The David McCurrach Distinguished Service Award was first presented in 1989 in honor of a man who served as Executive Director of the Association from 1952-82.

The David McCurrach Distinguished Service Award is one of the most esteemed accolades that an active member of EDmarket can receive. This prestigious award is given annually to individuals who have shown exceptional dedication to the Association or made exceptional contributions to the industry over the years. It is an opportunity for the membership at large to recognize and honor those who have gone above and beyond to make a difference.
