Monthly expert-led sessions packed with insights, tools, and strategies she can use right now. Each session includes small group breakouts that deepen conversations and build authentic connections across the industry. Held on the second Thursday of every month at 1:00 PM (ET).

Participants who attend any live virtual or in-person session will be automatically enrolled in the Bold Women Collective program and will receive calendar invitations with connection details for each virtual session in advance, making it easy to add sessions to their calendars. Lindsey's Bio

Lindsey Blass is a seasoned community builder, wellness advocate, and author whose work bridges professional leadership with human-centered wellbeing and belonging. Currently, she serves as Group Manager for Global Education Community at Adobe, where she champions creative learning and connection across global education networks, and also holds the role of Adobe San Francisco Wellbeing Ambassador, bringing intentional wellbeing practices into workplace culture.

Lindsey’s professional journey spans nearly two decades of designing and scaling learning communities and innovative educational ecosystems — from public education leadership to global corporate community strategy. Her unique perspective on how systems, culture, and connection intersect has shaped inclusive, joyful spaces where people thrive personally and professionally.

Alongside her corporate and community leadership, Lindsey is a passionate author and wellness practitioner. She blends lived experience, embodied wellbeing practices, and community-driven frameworks through offerings like Frequency of Joy, a pursuit of joy-centered living that supports individual resilience and collective belonging.

Lindsey’s forthcoming book focuses on building knowledge through community for people diagnosed with cancer, reframing diagnosis as an entry point into supported belonging and shared humanity. Whether she’s leading global communities at scale, facilitating wellness experiences, or championing purpose-driven connection through her writing and upcoming book, Lindsey’s work lives at the intersection of belonging, wellbeing, and transformative leadership — inviting others to find joy, meaning, and support in community.
