Meet Your New Leaders
Congratulations to the following individuals on their election to the EDmarket Board of Directors, with their leadership commencing on March 12, 2025:
Superintendent, Quaker Valley School District
Member Since: 2022
Dr. Tammy A. Andreyko has served as Superintendent of the Quaker Valley School District (QVSD) in Pennsylvania since August 2018. With over 30 years of experience in education, she is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and innovation.
In addition to her district role, Dr. Andreyko actively participates in EDmarket, serving as Chair of the Education Innovation Council. She collaborates with educational leaders to develop strategies for learning environments and institutional functions.
Her journey with EDmarket began as an EDspaces scholarship recipient, during which she gained valuable insights into the planning of QVSD’s new high school. This experience deepened her engagement and led her to participate in The Bold Women Collaborative, where she serves as a judge and mentor for NexGen awardees. Through these roles, she explores the intersection of K-12 education and design, fueling her passion for innovative learning environments.
President, Paragon Furniture, Inc.
Member Since: 1985
Mark Hubbard is the President and Co-Owner of Paragon Furniture, Inc., which was acquired in 2004. Under their leadership, Paragon has become a leader in designing and manufacturing innovative furniture for classrooms, makerspaces, libraries, and lounges.
A dedicated EDmarket leader, Mark has served on the EDspaces Planning Committee, Executive Committee, and Equipment Manufacturers Council. As Chair of the Board in 2023, he focused on membership growth and recurring revenue. In 2024, he continues to support the association as Past Chair and NexGen Engagement liaison.
Mark is passionate about the role of furnishings in education, believing small, daily improvements create transformative learning experiences. Under his guidance, Paragon celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024, marking 20 years since his ownership. Through EDmarket, he collaborates with industry professionals to enhance learning environments, encouraging members to leverage the association’s resources to drive meaningful impact.
Director of K12 Education, Business Furniture LLC
Member Since: 2020
Dainen Tolman is the Director of K-12 Education at Business Furniture LLC, where he designs innovative, technology-driven learning environments that foster student engagement and success. His leadership has been pivotal in projects like A Learning Mindset, a forward-thinking educational space in Fishers, Indiana.
Beyond his role at Business Furniture, Dainen is a respected leader within EDmarket. He serves as Chair of the Distribution Council (DC) and sits on the Board of Directors. He has also contributed to the EDspaces Planning Committee and works alongside fellow DC members to develop the EDchannels Symposium, a pre-conference event at EDspaces that strengthens partnerships between distributors, dealers, and manufacturers while shaping conversations on the future of learning environments.
Dainen’s involvement with EDmarket began as a way to connect with industry peers, but it quickly evolved into a passion for transforming educational spaces through collaboration and innovation. He believes that by working together, industry leaders can drive meaningful change and improve student experiences.
Brian G. Minnich is an Associate at NAC Architecture, where he brings expertise in creating innovative educational spaces that enhance learning experiences. With a strong focus on student-centered designs, Brian plays a pivotal role in shaping environments that support both educational and community needs.
Brian is also deeply involved in EDmarket, currently serving his second consecutive term as Chair of the A&D Council. In this leadership role, he collaborates with industry professionals to address key challenges and opportunities in educational design, helping to guide the direction of architectural and design innovations within the educational sector.
Through his work at NAC Architecture and his leadership with EDmarket, Brian continues to drive forward-thinking solutions that elevate learning spaces and promote transformative education.
Richard Davidson, II is the CEO of Marco, a leader in integrated technology solutions. With 28 years of business ownership and 15 years in manufacturing educational furniture, Richard has a deep understanding of the education market. His leadership as Chair of the Equipment Manufacturers Council with EDmarket has provided valuable insight into the organization’s role in supporting its members.
Richard is a strategic leader, helping EDmarket navigate industry shifts, grow membership, and enhance revenue opportunities. He is committed to fostering collaboration and innovation, ensuring EDmarket remains a vital resource for the education sector.
His leadership extends beyond EDmarket. He served as school board member and board president in Neosho, MO and is in his 13th year as a city council member and 8th year as mayor, leading strategic initiatives and driving community growth. He is also the founding member of a 501(c)(3) dedicated to preserving religious heritage sites.
Richard’s extensive leadership experience has honed his skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and driving meaningful initiatives, making him a valuable asset to EDmarket’s mission.
Chief Education Strategist, MiEN Company Inc.

Katelyn Forcucci is the Chief Education Strategist at MiEN Company Inc., where she leads the development of innovative, student-centered solutions for educational environments. With a background in both education and design, Katelyn works closely with schools to create dynamic learning spaces that foster creativity, collaboration, and student success. Her expertise lies in aligning educational needs with design solutions that enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Katelyn is passionate about transforming educational spaces to reflect modern pedagogy and support evolving teaching methods. At MiEN, she is instrumental in guiding the company’s education strategy and working with school districts to implement furniture and design solutions that meet specific learning goals.
In addition to her role at MiEN, Katelyn is serving her second consecutive term as a member of the Equipment Manufacturers Council and is currently the Chair of the council. She is actively engaged with EDmarket, contributing her insights to the advancement of education market solutions. Her dedication to improving learning environments through thoughtful design makes her a recognized leader in the field.
Jeremy Leffring is the CEO of Fomcore, LLC, specializing in innovative solutions for educational environments. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jeremy emphasizes team-oriented, servant leadership, focusing on collaboration and strategic growth within the education sector.
Jeremy currently serves on EDmarket's Equipment Manufacturers Council, where he works with industry leaders to drive initiatives and address challenges in the educational market. His leadership philosophy centers on Justice, Kindness, and Humility, values that guide both his business decisions at Fomcore and his contributions to EDmarket.
With a strong belief in the power of teamwork and ethical conduct, Jeremy's vision for EDmarket is to bring together diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals and identify opportunities for growth. He emphasizes the importance of transparency and accountability, principles that he sees as essential for long-term success.

Kevin Mulligan is a seasoned expert in Education Technology and Learning Environment Design, with over 20 years of experience. He serves on the EDspaces Planning Committee, contributing to the event for the past two years and coordinating specialty space experiences to enhance attendee value.
With nearly 10 years focused on designing furniture that integrates with EdTech, Kevin collaborates with industry leaders to optimize the TK-12 market. He is committed to fostering innovation that prioritizes the activities and experiences teachers and students should engage in within spaces. Kevin emphasizes starting with the "WHY" for each space, ensuring alignment with best student and educator development practices.
Kevin bridges the gap between product/service companies and institutional organizations (schools and districts), focusing on strategically using space and technology to support clear goals.
In addition to his work with EDspaces, Kevin is a newly elected member of the Distribution Council, where he brings his expertise to drive the industry forward. He previously held an At-Large position on EDmarket’s Board of Directors in 2019. Kevin is dedicated to bringing attention to both industries through media, development opportunities, and collaborative initiatives, sharing data-driven best practices.
