Understanding School Bonds from Start to RFP

Planning, executing and implementing successful school tax elections are some of the most important, high-stakes leadership challenges that school administrators undertake. This session is for school administrators and solution providers involved in any aspect of capital projects from planning, to breaking ground, through the finishing touches. Participants will learn how to better interact and network with districts who are crafting and implementing bond/levy initiatives.

  2. Identify districts bond/levy project plans and how solution providers participate in the conversation.
  3. Learn how District administrators were successful in their bond/levy initiatives
  4. Understand what areas and needs are trending for where Districts are using their bond/levy dollars.

Amos began his career in the EdTech world with Apple, serving as the Central US Education Regional Manager before cofounding Atomic Learning, a leading provider of web-based education software training. As the principle of The Amos Group, Chuck has been involved in creating a variety of programs serving the needs of education including statewide implementation of programs, professional development offerings, school networking, technology planning and implementation, educational budgeting at the local level, state and national level. The Amos Group publishes SchoolBondFinder for education solution providers and SchoolBondNetwork for school district administrators to better network and collaborate with each other for purchasing, best practices and implementations of large capital projects.


Rachel Wisnefski

Rachel Wisnefski has over 10 years of extensive experience in business development and education market expertise. She serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Amos Group, parent company of SchoolBondFinder and SchoolBondNetwork. She previously represented LingoBus, a global E-learning Mandarin Immersion platform and sister company to VIPKID. In her role, she represented the company to current and prospective stakeholders, policy makers, partners, and government entities for the purpose of raising awareness of the brand in the private and public sectors. Dr. Wisnefski also serves as a representative on the Beaufort County Board of Education, serving the Beaufort County School District's diverse student body of over 22,000 students, and on the Board of Trustees for the Beaufort Jasper County Academy of Career Excellence.
