The video game industry is enormous with revenue and opportunities for High School students. Many educators see the countless benefits of an eSports program but are overwhelmed with the grueling task of bringing it into light. Saint Mark's High School in Wilmington, Delaware took the idea of eSports and brought it to another level. After hiring a full-time Esports manager, creating an eSports curriculum and constructing a state-of-the-art eSports center, they certainly wanted to put their "mark" on the future for high school eSport programs across the country.

After teaching elementary school in Philadelphia and Wilmington for 7 years, he received an offer to become theFull-Time eSsports manager at Saint Mark's High School.

Tom has served in education for 25 years in a variety of roles including Dean of Students, Campus Minister, Assistant Principal, and Principal. He currently serves as the President of Saint Mark’s High School in Wilmington, Delaware and is a video game enthusiast. Tom is a graduate of Penn State and is currently pursuing his doctorate in education.

Ethan is a Junior at Saint Mark's High school and is also the President of the eSports club. He is the captain of the Valorant team and is a passionate gamer.
